1 can low sodium refried beans
1 C Corn, cooked
1 Avocado, chopped
Grape tomatoes, halved
Green onions, chopped
½ C red quinoa, cooked
Cheezy Sauce (see recipe)
Blue corn tortilla chips
1 C salsa
Hot sauce
