Ingredients:

1 onion

3 carrots

3 celery stalks

1 package of mushrooms

3 t thyme

3 t sage

1 lb ground sausage (traditional seasoning)

2 eggs

breadcrumbs as needed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425F.

 

Peel and dice vegetables.

 

Combine with sausage meat, eggs, and bread crumbs.

 

Press into a lightly greased, shallow oven-proof dish.

 

Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is turning brown. Serve warm.
