Ingredients:

1 C yellow cornmeal

1 C white whole wheat flour

1 T baking powder

1 C nondairy milk

¼ C unsweetened applesauce

¼ C pure maple syrup

2 T raw sugar

(Optional:  frozen corn kernels, jalapeños, smoked paprika, grilled corn)

Directions:

​Preheat oven to 400.

Whisk dry ingredients together. Add remaining. 

Pour into a 9” pan. Bake 20 minutes.
