Ingredients:
2 C quick oats
1 C whole wheat flour
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
4 T butter substitute
2/3 C white sugar
2/3 C brown sugar
1/2 C applesauce + 1T cornstarch, mixed
1 C vegan chocolate chips
2 t vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix first grouping in bowl, then add 2nd grouping and mix, then add third grouping and mix.
Place spoonfuls on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove, gently flatten with the back of a spatula, and let cool on a baking rack.
