Ingredients (Makes 4 1-glass smoothies)
2 C kale
2 C spinach
2 C dandelions or other favorite greens
1 apple, cored but skin on if possible
1 avocado
1 banana
3 T raw honey
1 C frozen berries
5 ice cubes
2 C decaffeinated green tea

Directions:
Blend in high power blender and serve (can be stored in fridge overnight)
