Ingredients:

1 ½ C over-ripe mashed bananas (about 3 large, 4 medium)

â…“ C non-dairy (we like almond) milk

½ C maple syrup

1 t apple cider vinegar

1 t vanilla extract

2 C white whole wheat flour

¾ t baking soda

½ t salt

2 t cinnamon

¼ t nutmeg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine wet ingredients in a large size bowl and then combine dry ingredients into a medium size bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir just until combined. 

 

If you want to add some nuts, gently fold them in now.
 

Pour batter into a loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a knife in the middle comes out clean
