Ingredients:

5-6 C baby spinach

1 C mandarin oranges, drained

 

Dressing:

1/4 C chopped red onion

1/2 T marmalade

1 1/2 T red wine vinegar

1/8 C olive oil

Directions:

Whisk dressing together in a small bowl.

 

Toss dressing with salad when ready to serve.
