Ingredients:

4 C peeled and sliced apples

3/4 C white sugar

3/4 C sifted flour

1 t ground cinnamon

1/2 t nutmeg

1/2 C butter substitute

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F.

 

Put apples in a greased 1.5-2 quart baking dish.

 

Combine sugar, flour, and spices. Cut in butter substitute until mixture forms a crumbly mixture.

 

Sprinkle mixture over apples.

 

Bake for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.

 

Serve with coconut milk ice cream.
